Default Microsoft VBScript runtime (0x800A01AD) Error

Hi,
I installed IIS on XP machine and when I run http://localhost, the page is throwing the "page cannot be displayed" error. The error description is as follows

Error Type:
Microsoft VBScript runtime (0x800A01AD)
ActiveX component can't create object: 'Scripting.FileSystemObject'
/localstart.asp, line 46


Browser Type:
Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.1; SALT 1.0.3404.1 1007 Developer; .NET CLR 1.1.4322)
