Default Connect to Sybase with ODBC .NET

I am having problem connecting to sybase using ODBC.NET. It gives the following error :

ERROR [IM003] Specified driver could not be loaded due to system error 126 (Sybase System 11).

The drivers are installed correctly and I tried using DSN and DSN-less connection, but I still get the error.

Can someone please help. Thanks.

Regards
gsindcal
