I use DiscountASP.NET but haven't used any of their supported components (http://www.discountasp.net/features.aspx#components
) but I see they have the Graphics Server .NET Charting Component Web Hosting Edition installed. From the looks of their gallery, it should be quite adequate:

You'll have to get a demo version to do local development, but you should be able to find something you can use.
