I'm creating a website and i don't want my website to connect directly to the database but use web service.

How do create a web service that connect to the database retrieving the stored procedures, and how will my project connect to the webservice.

To create web-services, add new asmx file. Create appropriate web-services functions (WebMethods).

To use web-services, add web-reference to your project.
