Default Iframes?

Hi Guys

Just a question, do you think it's a good idea to build the whole web site using Iframes, because i see that asp.net 2.0 doesn't support normal frames(frame set).

The idea is that, when the user navigates from one page to another, i just want to refresh the frame, and i saw that when using Master pages, it refreshes the whole page.
