Default .NET component with script.aculo.us

Hi all.

Does any of you guys know of any AJAX .NET components that uses script.aculo.us (or prototype, lightbox or Rico for that matter)?

Right now I'm leaning towards using Jayrock webservices and static HTML pages, if I want to use those cool js libraries.

What is your approach?
