Default can not find form1 specified error

hi i got a web site in asp.net 2.0 some times in default page i get an error that <form 1 ...
is not specified....
because of what this error comes
it's runtime compile is true
it may cause that problem
//i make runtime compile to true becuse of
the default.aspx is not found

thanks for your helps
