ASP.NET 2.0 Resource Error

I have a question you all has anyone ever gotten this error before in either version of asp.net 1.1 or 2.0.

Error:

The path '/CMS/Resources' maps to a directory outside this application, which is not supported.

My application was working fine the other day and i think some config setting was changed or something because now I get that eror on certain pages.
