Default I can't find the pageLayout property??

In the Asp.net, when I click on the properties of the document, I have the option to change the PageLayout to Flow Layout or Grid Layout. I'm trying to find this property in Asp.net 2.0 and can't find the PageLayout property. Is this no longer there? Thanks in advance.
