Whats this error

Hello,
I created virtual folder and designed 3 pages. They are working fine. I designed another page classprog.aspx
When I run this page, getting error

"Server error in "/mydotnet/practise application"

Access to the path "C:\WINNT\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v1.1.4322\Tempor ary ASP.NET Files\mydotnet_practise\cfe67f15\89f35054\hash.web " is denied.

Whats this error. After getting this error, i am not able to run previuos pages also though they executed successfully at first.
