Default Display pdf in content

I am developing a website now, but I am novice to ASP.Net. I'd like to create the presentation like the WroxUnited in the book. But I met a problem.
When I create a aspx page, I connect it to master page. Instead of displaying a pdf file solely, I 'd like the pdf file just shows in the contentplaceholder. How can I do that? Thx a lot.
