Default how to let the page holding for a few seconds

In the detailsView, after updating the database, how to let the page holding for a few seconds, then using the redirect() to another page?
Thx.

Default

couldn't your make a updating event to your datasource and issue a counter by typing code like this

for x = 0 to 2000000
x=x+1
next x

i'm not sure if thats what you want but it seems logical.

as far as the redirect you can do that with the updated event.
