Displaying My Data

Hi guys i have my records inserted into a database.This is the records inserted ProductName,Unitprice,DatePurchased,TotalValue.The issue here is how to display this records in the form of an invoice.Please i will apprecite sample codes or better still a site that has articles to guide me
