sending mail

hello all
i'm new to asp.net and i'm not familiar with it.i'm trying to write a program that sends mail.i wrote a mail program but the prbolem is when i want to put some datagrids in the body of this mail.i wrote another page for generating those datagrids but i don't know how can i use that page to be in place of my body mail.i would be very happy if some one help me.
