dropdownlist in datagrid

Hi

I am doing project ASP.NET(C#),I am having a dropdownlist in all rows in datagrid, When the damin changes the option it should get updated in the database.

I want it to get updated when the selection of dropdownlist in Datagrid is changed.

Please send me the solution soon, i need it very urgently.
