last login user

i try to save the last login user in my login window, so the last user make a succefull login, can see his username then enter password, but if a user try to connect to program from another coputer he will not see his name, next all users will see theirr login names in thiere computers when they try to make a login to my program(located on a server).
how to implement this idea, I think that i will need to access to user profile or something like this.
(please more explanation)!
