In my form when the user fills in the form and clicks on the submit button the employeeid is sent to me thru email. Can you pls tell me how to do this.

You are hoping for a simple answer to a complicated question. Its not all that complicated, but you do need to do research to find out how to send email from your app. I suggest you read Wrox book: Beginning ASP.NET 2.0 where the authors present that subject with enough detail to get you started.
