hi , I want to connect to sqlserver2000 with VS.Net2003 in Asp.net I 've added a new user in security section in enterprise manager and wrote my code , but there is no output from database , codes are correct and I think there is something wrong with sqlserver or IIS or sqlconnectin setting , plz help me to fix my problem ,

You need to provide a lot more information than this. How do you know the code is good? How does it look like? How does your connection string look like etc?

Also, if you're using VS.NET 2003, you may be better off posting this in one of the ASP.NET 1.x forums; the current one is for .NET 2.0.
