Default Are Webparts running only with IE ?

I have tested the Design Mode under FireFox 1.5.0.6. It's impossible to drag and drop a webpart from a webpartzone to another.
Are Webparts restricted to IE ?

Default I faced the same isssue,Mozila does not support Drag and Drop

I faced the same isssue,Mozila does not support Drag and Drop

Is there any other alternative can be used to dispaly it correctly

also please enlighten how can we display more option on the header navigation
