Default How can I a CSS into an aspx page?

I have coded an aspx file and I want to add a CSS to it.
Please tell me how can I do this if anybody knows .

Put this between the head tags:

<LINK href="style.css" type="text/css" rel="stylesheet">

Hi Vafaee,
Adding to what dparson, mentioned, the code he show is used to get the CSS file into the aspx page.
To use the CSS tag use the same code as html
eg
<tagname..... class="cssdefinition">
