Default Integrate Web Applications

Hello Everybody,

How can i build component in asp.net so that i can use this components in any application and this settings need to be done in web config.So that I can set and allowed to use only module or component that are configured in web.config file...

OR
Similar to ..

I want to develop different web projects(as small modules.) and then integrate in to one and use it as single web application.
Any Idea..
