Default want to have a menu on website

hi..
i have downloaded a javascript menu from www.milonic.com and that is a follow menu.
i have followed all the steps as were described in it. bt the main problem i think is that i dnt know how to define the web server directory name in html code.
i have put all the files in web server bt it has asked to specify the directory name in the html tags of the page of website where i want to place that menu.
can anyone help me as i am new to asp.net.
any help would b great.
