Default Using Web Parts control ???

I'm new in ASP.NET 2.0.
When I create a new website, then add some web part control to it.When I built this website ,I got an error saying that "An error has occurred while establishing a connection to the server. When connecting to SQL Server 2005, this failure may be caused by the fact that under the default settings SQL Server does not allow remote connections. (provider: SQL Network Interfaces, error: 26 - Error Locating Server/Instance Specified) ".
I didn't install SQL Server 2005.I wonder if this error caused by this.
If so,how can I fix this error ?
Thank so much !
