Default using MDB access database in VWD2005EE

hi im using this om my web.config file

<add key="ConnStr" value="Provider=Microsoft.Jet.OLEDB.4.0;Data Source=d:/web/localuser/domain.com/data/base.mdb" />

 and if i opload it to a host it works, but i want to work on it, on my home pc before i upload my site.

my question is can i changes the folder location for base.mdb to the folder om my pc where the database is and then i can test it on my pc with VWD2005EE !?
