Sorry, no, Dreamweaver has little to no support for ASP, and especially not for ASP.NET 2.
You can add a few controls, set some properties and access a database in an awkward way, but that's about it. I certainly wouldn't call this "strong support".
That said, stonesbg did you look at the FCKeditor?
