Default Need to work with documents online

Hi
 I need to work with docuements online with the basic functionalities like editing the document, formatting, saving and retrieving using dotnet. Is there any built-in component in dotnet itself to do this with more flexibility or need to use any thrid party tool? Anyone please help me out.. Its very urgent.
