Default radio button check/uncheck

I would like the user to be able to check/select a radiobutton and then uncheck/deselect it if they want(selected wrong one by accident). I can't get the event to fire again though once it has already been selected. Is there a way to do this in Visual Studio 2005 or VB.net?
Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am an old Cobol programmer and got thrown into a web project because there was no one else

PS. if there are any experts in this that are in the DC area, i might be able to pay for some help.

Thanks
Lisabb

hi there.. I think you have the wrong control...

for selecting only one item of many you use a radiobutton, witch can be selected only one and can't be unselected unless you choose another radiobutton...

if you want to allow the user to check many item and have the posibility to un-check them use a checkbox.
