Default small problem with cookies

Hi ,
I created a site with login option and it worked fine with cookies.
But when i purchased another domain for this URL , there seems to be problem with third-party cookies because this blocks them .
I found temporary solution in Tools -> Internet Options-> Privacy
to make low security , but i need to know another method to do this. I need a code that solves this problem. Is there any solution for that??????
