Default Form layout

Hi all... I have gotten myself in a pickle here. I had buttons for everything on my form and had to go back and change them all to checkboxes. Now my layout is all messed up (because I did absolutely position). Is there any way to format the whole form or parts of it so I do not have to start over?

Thanks
Lisabb
