Authentication is not enabled

Hi,

I have a page where I am adding webparts dynamically. And I am using a login page there I am authenticating Active Directory using LDAP, but while adding the webparts, it is raising the follwoing error:

Personalization is not enabled and/or modifiable. The Enabled property must be set to true, and a registered personalization provider must be selected. The current user must be granted the right to modify personalization state.

Kindly help me ASAP.
