what is the difference b/w Postbacktrigger & Asycpostbacktirgger in AJAX Panel ?

Presumably the Asynch part of it. An asynch postback will happen in the background without stopping execution of browser script. Depending on what the operation is you might want to allow browser scripting to be stopped by an AJAX operation.
