               I have label control on webform which getting value from popup. I want to show tooltip when user put mouse cursor over label control and tooltip should display content of label(label.text). I know its java script but could not figure out how to associate it with label control and on which event?

It is solved. I had to associate ToolTip value on Page Load. rest is taken care by built in properties of label control.
