Default set accessdatasource.connectionstring

Hi

I have read online that the connectionstring from accessdatasource is read-only.
What if I need to change this string, how can I change the SQL statement in this string to be able to pull out another data instead of the initial SQL record where I pull out all the data.

Thank you
