Error: Type 'List' is not defined

I am working Listing 12-1 of the Book, "Professional
ASP.NET 2.0. Special Edition". For the coding of
Public Function name() As List(Of String), what's
wrong with List(Of String)? I changed to List(String),
String[], etc. Still got the error.
