problem with IIS setings

This may sound weird but even after following all the the steps to configure IIS am unable to see my .aspx page running. am fed up to see "404 not found" message in my browser. please someone help me in resolving this problem.

have you set the security issues already?
In windows security, advanced tab, allow web server(http).
