I am unsure of where my data lives in a gridview and how to access it for a db query.
On my page load I am running a sql query and filling a grid with data. On the page I have a form for the user to kick-off a new sql query with data from the form and data from the gridview. I am not sure how to reference the gridveiw data in the new query. thanks.
Dear, u have to store primary key or unique key in DataKayName property of grid view. Then u can access this key and use it to retrieve data in your query.
