Default upload flash and resize .swf

hi, i have problem when upload flash file and i would to resize it in specific size but i dont know how i can and what i must be use control to do it in correct way
so,i need help in this problem

You need to physcially manipulate the SWF file?? If not, depending on how you display the SWF, you could just define the width and height properties of your rendering tag...

You can't. An .SWF file is to an .FLA file as a .DLL is to a .CS file. An SWF file is, essentially, a compiled version of the Flash movie and it can not be edited directly. You will need the source file (.FLA) to make these types of changes.
