Compilation Error

Hi, Please i need help on what to do cos i have this error msg when i added images to my web app using dreamweaver because i wanted to do a rollover image that is why i took my app to dreamweaver.

Compiler Error Message: BC2012: can't open 'C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\Tem porary ASP.NET Files\root\26676eb7\92c7e946\App_Web_default.aspx. aecfa9bb.xpavqmo_.dll' for writing
