Default Pg 16 B. Asp.net 2.0 w/ C# GREEN ARROW?

I am just starting out learning ASP.NET 2.0 with wrox book Beginning ASP.NET 2.0 with C#.

Page 16 midway through the page:

"Click the Run icon (green Arrow) on the Toolbar.

I do NOT see a green arrow and pushing F5 does nothing. [u]Unless</u> you mean to "Run in Browser" which is like a page with the earth on it and a magnifying glass over it. NOT a green arrow.

Am I even running the right application?

Here is a screenshot for further clarity:

You're running the correct program. The green arrow should have been next to the Run in Browser button. You can also do this by clicking the Debug menu and choosing Start Debugging.

If that is not available, then Visual Web Developer is probably alert to something in your file that prevents it from being run. Your screenshot includes a missing master page error. I'm not sure if that is the reason or not. I'm only just getting into master pages myself.
