Default wizard control

i need to make wizard control to get values from user to enter it into database. but when i use wizard control of asp.net, it shows me in aspx page only not as a pop up like smart tag of gridview. in sum up i need a popup seperate wizard control to get values. is it possible with visual studio wizard control or any third party control is available.

Please guide.
