beginning ASP.NET 2.0

I have some questions on page 22, chapter 1.
I really appreciate any information about this

in Datalist from Access Try it out step 5

I do not get "First select and delete the six controls" in the book.
I can not find six controls and delete in the template.
I can not find menu:Layout Inset Table eighter.

Your help is great appreciated,
