i want to use a textbox to retrieve a record from a database and populate the fields with that record. Sort of searching from a database and returning a record into the fields.im using sql 2005 express.I need help.

Can you start by outlining what you have done already? There are several stages to the task you are trying to complete and it would probably be best to address them individually.. (i.e. How to search for data, then present the data).

Do you have any existing code?
