Default Glass button look

Hi all,

Okay I am trying to find the best way to do this. I want my command buttons to have a glass look to them and to be rounded. Should I try this with skin files or do I need to create a custom control to get this to work? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
Chris
