suppose i want to display a multi line description of an item on my website along with a logo then is it possible and how to do it

Using the ToolTip property, no. What you could do, however, would be to create a Javascript / CSS effect that when you moused over a given piece of text that a transparent div would be displayed to the user that contained the information you are trying to convey.
