After adding the data source on the Configure the Select Statement
I chose the table from the dropdown list and select all fields.

At this stage i click the Advanced button check box for opions

Anyone know why because i would like this options to be included?

The table that you choouse to populate the ListView must have a Primary Key for those options to be active, and the Primary Key field must be selected in the SELECT statement.

Since you say you are selecting all fields, I have to assume you do not have any fields in the table defined as a primary key field.
