Default GriedView control property setting from popup.

pls help for the below reqtm as:

To disable (or setting background color of) control in a gried view from popup (opend from same griedview but another control)

I tried using registering client script block at popup but as it is in grid view the control is not accessible. any other way??

its just an idea but i guess using CSS will do it
