ModelPopUpExtender on TextBox Keypress event

Hi every one,

On textbox keypress(F2) event i want to show a model popup window .
but the problem is it is unable to show the popup window. Unable to know where to show to show the popup. Even if show from javascript its not working. Can someone plz help me in solving this. Either i request to send the sample code. Even i want to know Keycode for F2.
