Default WebBrowser vs JS window.open

Evjen et al. don't seem to discuss the ASP.NET 2.0 WebBrowser control at all. Does it have advantages over JS window.open?

The WebBrowser control is, AFAIK, a control that you can use in a Desktop application and that allows you to have a built-in browser in your own app.

It's not related to ASP.NET 2.0, although you can of course display ASP.NET 2.0 web pages in that browser control, provided they come from a .NET 2 web server.

Or do you mean a different control?? If so, do you have more information?
