Opening file after downloded files from BLOB.

Dear All,
I want to open file (say ms excel file) programatically. I am able to take out file from database to local m\c say into c:\\temp by clicking a button . But I want to open it also in continuation ,what will be the approch. Do we have any control/Command in dotnet to open file ?
