Default How to Create new folder(directory) in Srever ?

hi 2 everybody,

first of all i will explain my requirement.....

I my project(web), i need to create new folders(directories) in the server(not in my hard disk). I know how to create new folders in local hard disk with "Createdirectory" method.
Now my problem is, how can i create new folders in server? Am I require any special permissions? Is there any built in method like , "System.IO.Directory.CreateDirectory"?.

please help me...

thanks in advance.

You need to map a drive to the server then use that drive letter and path to create the directory with the .CreateDirectory method.
